As all our doors are built at the time of your order and to your requirements, doors are non-refundable.
Every door we build is assembled and inspected before shipping. The door is then disassembled for more cost effective shipping
Any shipping damage or missing components must be reported within 2 business days. Please include pictures of any damage. Replacement or repair is at the discretion of Viba Hardware.
Any custom cut hardware, hardware that has been installed, or hardware that has been modified or tampered with is non-refundable.

Any barn door hardware returns must be made within 30 days. There is a 20% restocking fee. You will be responsible for ensuring the hardware is packed suitably for shipping. Contact Viba Hardware for a RGA before returning. Products without an RGA will not be accepted. We will process a refund, minus shipping and return shipping charges, within 10 business days.
